Short tasks show what you can do, then we meet you in person in Heilbronn. We look for ability and drive, not a polished CV.

The people who make it through form teams at an in-person event and prove the team on a small trial project.

Answers before you ask
Do I need to be a student?
No. Students and young professionals are both welcome. We select on what you can do, not on where you study or work.
What does the selection involve?
Two short online assessments about how you think and how you handle a real business problem, and one check-in in person in Heilbronn.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining and the selection are free.
How much time will this take?
The assessments take under an hour in total. A real build is a serious commitment, but you only take one on once you have a team and a matched company.
Do I get paid?
The build is paid on success, and the team that delivers keeps the company it grows out of, with a real share that is yours.
I am not in Heilbronn. Can I still join?
The first cohort is Heilbronn-based because the check-in happens in person. Apply anyway and we will come back to you when a remote track opens.
